I graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1990 and had my first trial the following week. A month later I had my first felony trial and my client was found not guilty of all charges.
I am a small town lawyer with worldly experience. I have practiced law handling cases based in Europe and twice I have moved to the Federated States of Micronesia to practice law.
From 2006 to 2008 I was the State Public Defender in Yap, Federated States
of Micronesia.
My office is in Buffalo, Minnesota but I practice criminal defense all over the state of Minnesota.
When you come to my office you will see a comfortable setting, but you won't see marble desks and plush carpeting. Law offices with those decorations are paid for by you - the client.
I have worked in larger law firms, with other attorneys and staff, but I prefer working as a sole practitioner. When you call my office you will talk to me - not some low level associate or paralegal who cannot answer your questions.
I take pride in what I do as most of my clients are good, hard working people in bad situations.
